The room was very nice. I loved the coffee machine. I also appreciated the gym. It featured a sauna and steam room! I enjoyed the water and extras like an iron and board.
The air-con did not seem to work correctly. The room remained too warm even after adjusting the settings for hours! The breakfast process involved a long queue, a poor layout, and it felt understaffed. Tables were not cleared promptly.

I found the room very clean. Staff was wonderful. They quickly replaced the non-working fridge for my wife's medication. The service engineer arrived promptly after I reported it to reception. I am very thankful.
The pillows were too soft. I had to ask for firmer pillows.

i enjoyed the river view from the spacious room. the included armchairs were very useful. the breakfast options were abundant, and i did find the dining area layout appealing with its river view. service was good, i noted.
the gym wasn't open at the time specified.

the fitness center had three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a weight machine, it also included water and towels. the business center offers computers and printers for guest use, i observed. there is also meeting rooms available.

the hotel is a short walk from the dlr line, this allowed easy access to other areas. several restaurants and shops are within a ten-minute walk, i determined. canary wharf offices are a 15-minute walk.
